Description	Abstract: Johnson discusses his family history, his education, and his experience working for the city of Asheville for 26 years. He describes various projects in which he was involved, and discusses the planning and development of Asheville as a city. He talks about Weldon Weir, who was city manager during his time of employment, discusses financial problems of the city, and describes interactions between various political figures in the area as they worked to develop better streets, sewers and water systems. He discusses the history of Asheville and the changes that he has seen over time.
